Smart Pills is an app created by Electronic Engeneer Students from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) for their thesis. ITBA is a university located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Smart Pills is a bracelet for older adults connected to an app that alerts family members in case of danger.
The students contacted me to design the app brand identity and create the name. As a designer I came across the name and did the logo taking into consideration elements such as: time, medication, bracelet, accident and app. After researching and making several logo options. I get to the final version that you see below, and my client loved it.
