Habitat Group is a company focused on developing hotels and short-term rental properties in the Little Havana and Brickell area. They also operate other developers projects, offering a unique level of service and control. In these projects is included Parkside Brickell.Habitat Group contacted me to design a digital flyer showcasing their new development, Parkside Brickell. The main objective was to create a visually compelling and informative piece that would target to realtors, brokers, and potential clients.
The flyer needed to highlight key features of the development, including luxurious amenities, prime location, and modern architectural design. My approach was to balance sleek, high-end aesthetics with clear, concise information to ensure that real estate professionals could easily present the property to their clients. Using a sophisticated layout, I incorporated the provided imagery, typography, and an elegant color palette that aligned with the brand’s identity. The final result was is the digital flyer below that effectively captured the essence of Parkside Brickell, driving engagement and interest among the target audience.
